Making a Statement - How to Style Black, Red & White Shoes

Posted by SCARLETTOS - Candice Bernardoni (Designer) on 22nd Dec 2021

Sisters,

If you love to make a statement and are heading into Summer with gusto, you will love "Sloane".

She is our new Black, White and Red low heel peep toe slingback.  If you look closely, you will see glimmers of silver in her full leather zebra striped upper!

At times we can play it safe and simply wear this combination with black all by it's lonely self.  Ladies, you know here at Scarlettos, we love to live life a little on the wild side when it comes to our footwear, so to help you embrace the wild in you (while keeping it classy), I've got a few tricks up my sleeve to help you nail your outfits.

Yes, most definitely wear her with black.  Keep it sharp.  Make sure the blacks you put together are the same black and not a washed out version that is resembling an old cup of tea!  Make sure if you are wearing trousers, that they fit correctly.  Elegance Sisters, elegance!  As you will see from the image above, this all black outfit is fitting beautifully.  Your shoes will be the hero here.

Sloane loves a casual day out.  Team her with jeans, a crisp white shirt and black blazer.  Add a black or red bag to complete this look.

Oh my heart.  This black and white panelled dress is not only flattering but is the perfect combination with sloane.  She is elegant but slightly playful!

Sloane works beautifully with your multi-coloured dresses. I've included some gorgeous patterns in the images above and you will note if you look carefully, that there are touches of zebra print in these patterns.  This isn't always necessary but make sure you have at least a bit of red and white in the print!

Red relates well to purple as they are sitting side by side on our colour bible!  In other words, the Colour Wheel (if you are wanting more information on this, jump on over to our Colour Wheel blog).

One of the best combinations with red is green as these are complimentary colours.  You will see that you can wear many different shades of green and different styles of outfit.  The first image is more slinky and formal, the second is an emerald shade suited for the office and the right hand image is a gorgeous casual olive green linen.  This will have you wanting to book that safari holiday sisters!

Let your imagination run wild Ladies - go have fun with Sloane!

Thank you Scarletto’s Sisters!

Kind regards

Candice
